At Hari Om Tours and Travels, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity on the process and conditions for canceling your bookings. Please read this policy carefully.

1. General Cancellation Guidelines

  • Notice: All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our customer service team via email or our contact form.
  • Confirmation: Cancellations are only considered confirmed once you receive an acknowledgment from our team.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • Tour Packages:

    • More than 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.
    • 15-30 Days Before Departure: 50% cancellation fee.
    • Less than 15 Days Before Departure: Non-refundable.
  • Car Rentals:

    • 48 Hours or More Before Pick-Up: Full refund.
    • Less than 48 Hours Before Pick-Up: 50% cancellation fee.
    • After Scheduled Pick-Up Time/No Show: Non-refundable.
  • Hotel Bookings:

    • 72 Hours or More Before Check-In: Full refund.
    • Less than 72 Hours Before Check-In: Subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Special Conditions

  • Non-Refundable Services: Some services or promotional packages may be marked as non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • Group Bookings: For group bookings, different cancellation terms may apply. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

4. Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days from the date of confirmation.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Deductions: Any non-refundable charges, such as booking fees or administrative costs, will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions), we will negotiate with our suppliers to secure the best possible outcome for our clients. Refunds in these cases will be handled on an individual basis.
  • Medical Emergencies: Cancellations due to medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
