1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made in writing via email or our customer service contact form.
  • Cancellation Fee: Depending on the timing of your cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply. The amount of the fee varies based on the specific package or service booked.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refunds: Full refunds are typically granted for cancellations made within a specified time frame before the scheduled departure date. This period will be detailed in your booking confirmation within 4 days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made outside the full refund period but still within a reasonable time before departure. The refund amount will be calculated based on the terms of your booking agreement.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services or packages may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. Specific Conditions for Refunds

  • Tour Packages: Refunds for tour packages are subject to the terms outlined in your specific booking agreement. Typically, cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-recoverable costs. Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are generally non-refundable.
  • Car Rentals: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
  • Hotel Bookings: Refunds for hotel bookings are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made 72 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Any non-refundable charges or fees, such as booking fees or administrative charges, will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exceptions

  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, strikes), we will work with our suppliers to secure the best possible outcome for our customers. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Special Circumstances: For cancellations due to special circumstances such as medical emergencies, please contact us directly. We will review each case individually and work towards a fair resolution.
